Meet Cole Fox, Chief Food Officer of Supplant
A former Silicon Valley entrepreneur and suffering workaholic, Cole experimented with numerous diets in order to improve his focus, increase his energy and look better. None of these diets gave him the results he sought.
After years of diet experimentation, Cole learned that effective, sustainable nutrition goes far beyond just high protein and low carbs – it needs to have integrity. That means foods that nourish the body, mind and environment. After this realization, it was time to put theory into practice. Cole drew on his years of cooking, some of which were spent in the kitchen of his parent’s restaurant in addition to his own. He also completed a plant-based nutrition class at Cornell University and a health food cooking bootcamp at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa.
Cole boils down the complexities of making plants taste good into wholesome, delicious, easy-to-make meals which satisfy the palate and nourish the body and mind.
